Organic products such as organic fruit and vegetables are not only an important step in terms of environmental protection in an agricultural sense. The consumption of organic products is also an important element for our health. My father Wolfgang was already aware of this, and so it is the logical consequence for us to rely exclusively on organic farming according to the guidelines of Demeter South Tyrol.

The art of baking

Marianne loves baking! On request, she will be happy to introduce her guests to the traditional art of baking and prepare fine breads, cakes, and pastries with them. She is also happy to pass on her personal, traditional baking recipes. Organic products and organic fruit are an integral part of the Marxenhof bakery.
